Columbia River Chapter of the Association of the United States Army ***REQUEST FOR CORPORATE SUPPORT*** The Columbia River Chapter of the Association of the United States Army will be hosting its annual golf tournament on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at Langdon Farms Golf Club. Last year’s tournament was a great success with over 160 participants. The Chapter would like to request your support as a corporate sponsor for this event in two ways. First, join us on the course as part of a four-person scramble team, 1:45PM. Second, sponsor or donate to one or more of the following choices: 1. ____ Team Registration at $400.00 (for 3 or 4 participants)* 2. ____ All tournament Golf Carts at $1200.00 3. ____ Single hole sponsorship for $150.00 4. ____ Multiple hole sponsorship: 2 for $250.00 5. ____ Donation of $____________ for use toward golf tournament expenses 6. ____ Donation of specific prize or award: _______________________________ *Threesomes will be paired with a soldier This event will provide time to reflect on our continued support for the care of service members, employers, families and the maintenance of a trained and ready Army, able to respond rapidly to a variety of missions.
